How to start a tutorial website?

Whenever we think about tutorials, we always think about a platform like YouTube. However, many people do not know that they could actually create their own website and upload tutorials on their own website as well. Tutorials could be in written form or they could be in the form of a video. Regardless of that, this is a really interesting way of generating unique visitors. You could create a website about any niche and start uploading tutorials. What do you think?

Tutorial website is a good idea. You can teach anything from cooking to coding or anything you know about. If you are creating quality content, you will attract huge traffic in no time.

There is a very popular turorial website called Envato tuts plus. They publish high-quality tutorials on their website. They publish tutorials related to graphic designing, Photoshop, vector art, etc. They also pay their writers a very huge sum of money. Freelancers could easily get paid up to $250 or more per article. You also need to have sound knowledge related to JavaScript, HTML, coding, etc. So, this is a great website for tech savvy people who could prepare exceptionally great tutorials.

You could easily start a tutorial website. However, I believe that this depends a lot on your overall budget. You may certainly need to pay writers if you hire them to prepare tutorials. You could even start a blog where you regularly upload videos of tutorials. This may enable you to grow your audience even more. Selecting the right niche is also a very important factor.

I thi k that you are right. If a person would want to start a tutorial website, then it is always a good idea to have a good budget. You have just thousands of dollars in order to start such kind of website because you will be hiring professional writers who have great expertise when it comes to writing tutorials. You have to pay them for their efforts because they are the ones who are bringing life to your blog. You could expect to pay at least $250 to $500 per tutorial.

Look at some of the best tutorial websites online.

Ask yourself how you can mimic their success while also creating on a topic that isn’t as broad as theirs.

Narrow down your niche and audience.

Give them value-packed, high-quality tutorials that solve their problems with ease.

I’d suggest a combination of text, video, audio, and images if you can.

You can create text based tutorial, video tutorial, o slideshow based tutorial and publish them on your website. However, if you are publishing video tutorials, you might need a lot of resources on your hosting account. if you want to publish text based tutorial, toy can either publish it as an article or upload as an ebook for users to download it.
