How to find best images for your blog?

Finding the right kind of pictures or images for your blog could be a really big challenge for your community. This is specifically true when you run a blog and you need images. There is a lot of problems surrounding copyright issues when it comes to using inages. The best thing to do is buy images on platforms like Shutterstock. So, what are some other ways to use great images for your blog?

Shutterstock would be a really great option if you are looking for professional photographs. The quality of photos and images in there are really great. Pixabay could also be a good option if you want free images. However, I must admit that the quality of images on Pixabayis not that great after all. You could certainly take photographs on your own in case if you have a camera. You could use those photos on your blog.

I don't recommend searching; instead, I suggest creating images directly with the help of AI—it will generate the perfect image for whatever you need or are looking for.

I think that it would be a really great idea to select free images from sourfes such as Pexel. Pexel is a great website which you could possibly use in order to get free images. However, please note that Pexel does not actually have a huge variety of images as compared to Pixabay.

Why bother? I can just generate them using AI. Besides, websites that offer "free" images usually include a watermark, and you have to pay to get them without one—so I’d rather just generate them with AI.

Be careful with images.

I used a copyrighted image once that a sponsored blogger provided to me. I didn’t backtrack as I should have. Because of that, I ended up having to pay Pixsy nearly $1,000.

Most of the time, if you refuse to pay, they take you to court. A good attorney is about $1,000, so you’re better off paying.

Plus, the photographer deserved to be paid.

I am way more vigilant now. I use AI to make a lot of my images. I just don’t use it to make images that look real-life. Pixabay.com is a good one for free images and has licenses you can use to back up your right to use them.

Anytime you use a free third-party image, I’d recommend crediting the author whether you have to or not, just to protect yourself from any issues that could occur.

I most of the time go to Pixabay or Pixels. If I cannot find appropriate images, I use AI to generate image but when I use AI, I clearly label it as AI generated. In the past, I used to use my own images for my blogs but when I found that my images were being stolen, I stopped using my personal images.
