Respected, definitely. I’d rather people respect me for who I am than like me for being someone I’m not. You can’t please everyone, and I’d much rather be genuine than spend my time trying to win people over : ) ♡

I am quite sure what you need to be respected by people in order to be liked by them. It couldn't be possible to get liked by people if they do not respect you. This is a really crucial thing we must need to know. Many people may claim that they like you, but they may never actually respect you in the first place.

This is true fact we live in a day age where most people wear masks and adults act like children with gossip.
