Have you ever fired anyone from a job?

Are you business owner or you have any project which you have employed some people who are working for you on it? Have you ever been put in a situation where you had to fire one of your workers?

How did it feel when you terminated their job?

It’s not that I haven’t worked as someone’s boss up until now, but if I have a role in the future that requires it, it will almost certainly happen.

A couple years ago, before I got too sick to work, I was a general manager of a restaurant. I used to fire people all the time. It is definitely not something that I enjoy doing and I gave many chances and many warnings before it got to that point.

I don't enjoy firing people firing people from their jobs but when they don't take their jobs seriously, it means they were never ready to work.

I completely agree with you on this assessment because when I hire someone and pay them to work but they don't, I'm the one who's losing money paying to do nothing. I'll gladly fire them and if possible sue them.

I have never sacked anyone before. Even if you have to do it, you need to be fair and give warnings before you take that step. When you fire someone, it could affect their family,. especially if they depend on him.
