For the first time in years, I’ve caught a cold! I’m not used to this misery. Because the covid vaccines ruined me and now I’m severely allergic to polyethylene glycol, I have to be very careful with what medicines I take. I did find a cough syrup today that didn’t have PEG in it and my husband went out to buy it for me right away. It seems to have helped for just a bit. Hopefully I can sleep tonight.

What do you do for a cold?

Awww, hope you’re feeling better soon, Kathy! ♡ I absolutely swear by hot water with honey, lemon and ginger when I’ve got a cold. A nice hot drink, plenty of rest and an early night usually does the trick for me. Hopefully you manage to get a decent night’s sleep and wake up feeling a bit more human tomorrow! : )
