๐ท๏ธ How to Enter
Change your username to a Halloween-themed username before the entry deadline.
Post your current username and new Halloween username in the contest thread.
One entry per user.
Staff members are welcome to participate.
Your Halloween username must be active before the entry deadline.
Once you submit your entry, your chosen username cannot be changed for another entry.
๐ Username Rules
All normal Spark Promotion username and forum rules still apply.
No duplicate usernames. If two people want the same username, the first person to claim it gets it.
Please keep usernames appropriate for the community.
๐ฒ Choosing the Winner
Everyone with an eligible entry will be assigned a number and entered into a random number generator.
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The selection will not be based on how funny, spooky, or creative the username is.
The winner will be drawn on Halloween โ October 31st.
To be eligible, your account must still be active and in good standing at the time of the draw.
๐ Winner Notification
The winner will be announced in the contest thread after the draw.
The winner will also be contacted by private message on Spark Promotion.
The winner should respond within 7 days to arrange payment.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, I reserve the right to conduct another random draw from the remaining eligible entries.
Once payment has been arranged, the contest thread will be updated to confirm that the prize has been awarded.
๐ฐ The Prize
The winner receives $10 USD via PayPal or Revolut.
Any transaction fees will be covered, so the winner receives the full $10 USD.
Payment will be sent within 7 days after the winner provides their payment details.
If the winner doesn't use PayPal or Revolut, we'll work out another payment method together, excluding cryptocurrency.
For example, if the winner doesn't have PayPal but has a trusted friend who does, I can send the prize to their friend, who can then pass the payment on using the winner's preferred method.
๐ป After Halloween
Once the contest is over, I'll restore everyone's username to the exact username they had before the contest.
