Do you find it relaxing to bathe in hot, warm, or cold water?

For me, taking a warm bath is quite relaxing—it doesn’t matter if it’s summer; warm water always helps me relax. I don’t like the water to be too hot or too cold. How about you? What water temperature do you find relaxing?

Right I ask the wife to run me a bath and she says it's nice and cool. Oh man it's third degree burns type of hot. Not sure how she doesn't feel heat :p. But yes too hot or too cold is not enjoyable.

I take warm showers most of the time, probably a little bit warmer than most would see it. But it's the most relaxing thing. Very rarely I have cold showers, it's mostly in summer. They fill you up with energy.

I like warm water but I use warm water only when the weather is very cold, I don’t use warm water too frequently. I mostly take cold shower. Cold showers are painful at first but once you step out of the bathroom, you will feel relaxed.

Warm but unfortunately the bath is slow to get going and hot water costs power so we don’t use it.

A bath is always relaxing, but I find that I can’t always take a bath depending on the time of year and how hot it may be.

Whenever I take a bath, I prefer mine to be a little on the hot side to help me relax and help with any aches and pains I may get, but taking a hot bath in the middle of summer with the heat we get would be impossible.

Hot baths at the temperature I like tend to be perfect for those cold winter nights, or even the chilly autumn nights.

It's definitely cold water for me; I find it very relaxing, especially during this period of hot weather. Even in cold seasons, I still prefer cold water unless the weather is extremely cold.

This will depend on the weather though. It it is a chilly weather I would definitely take a warm bath butin a sunny weather then the best bet will be a cool bath.

I prefer my bathing or showering water to be a little warm. It doesn't matter if the weather is cold or hot, warm water is the best.

Lol, I can’t take baths in very hot water either; I need it to be lukewarm. I guess it’s similar for you—or maybe even a bit cooler—but "lukewarm" is the sweet spot: not too hot and not too cold.
