AI is becoming a bigger part of online communities, helping people generate ideas, answer questions, and keep conversations going. It could make forums more active by introducing fresh topics and helping users express their thoughts. However, if too many discussions are AI-generated, forums might start losing the genuine opinions and personal experiences that make them interesting.

Do you think AI will make online forums more engaging, or will its growing presence eventually make online discussions feel less authentic and human?

Not replies but a good intro post could help spark healthy human replies.

I’m using some AI generated topics and they give the human counterpart 6 or 7 bullet points to discuss so make answers longer than just yes or no.
