At Spark Promotion, our staff team is an important part of what makes our community special. From helping members promote their websites and projects to sharing ideas and creating a welcoming environment, our team works together to keep Spark shining.
But what do our staff members enjoy most about being part of Spark Promotion? We asked them to share their thoughts, and here's what they had to say!

Joining the Spark Promotion staff team was a natural step for me. Having thoroughly enjoyed my time as a member, I wanted to take things a step further and become more involved in helping the community grow. Being part of the team gives me the opportunity to contribute behind the scenes, support our members and help make Spark Promotion the best promotional forum out there. And who knows, perhaps one day I'll work my way up to that admin position! 😉
What I enjoy most about being part of the staff team is the teamwork, communication and the opportunity to develop together. There's plenty of staff discussion, ideas being shared and a genuine focus on improving the community. It's certainly not a case of Gizmo simply making all the decisions and charging ahead; he listens to the team, values our opinions and encourages everyone to have a voice. (And before anyone asks, no, we don't get paid... unfortunately!)
I think what really sets Spark Promotion apart from other communities is its fantastic atmosphere. There's a real feel-good vibe around the place, with a shared ambition to keep improving and finding new ways to give members opportunities to promote their websites and projects. Our members are friendly, welcoming and always willing to lend a hand or offer advice. It genuinely feels like one big family, where people support one another rather than simply looking out for themselves.
Ultimately, my favourite thing about being part of the team is knowing that we're all working towards the same goal. We have a shared passion for making Spark Promotion the best it can possibly be, constantly striving for excellence and pushing ourselves to be number one. It's great to be surrounded by people who share that ambition, and I'm proud to play my part in helping shape the future of Spark Promotion.

I wanted to join the Spark Promotion team because of the amazing atmosphere here and seeing how much heart and effort Gizmo puts into the community. I really wanted to step up, help out, and help Spark Promotion grow together!
My favorite part of being staff is simply helping others and brainstorming new ways to make the environment even better for everyone. What makes Spark Promotion stand out from other places is our actual focus on helping people expand and grow their projects. Members aren’t just joining to drop a link and have their site listed - between our events, contests, and active engagement, we truly invest in the members who contribute and build up their communities.
Plus, our members make it so easy! Everyone is friendly, conversations flow naturally, and you feel welcomed from day one. Honestly, my favorite part of being on the team is just feeling like I'm part of a community that actually practices what it preaches: genuinely helping members build, expand, and succeed.

Gizmo invited me over and asked if I’d like to join the Spark team, and I’m really glad he did. I’ve always loved being part of online communities, chatting with people and helping create fun things everyone can get involved in, so joining the team felt like a lovely fit.
What I enjoy most is getting to know our members and seeing everyone bring their own personality to the community. Spark feels special because there’s always room for people to join in, share ideas and have a laugh. My favourite part is helping make that happen and being part of a team that keeps Spark welcoming, active and fun ♡
