Ever since this new heart thing started this time last year, Iβm constantly anxious, pretty much living in the hospital or at doctorβs offices. I guess watching tv at bedtime could be relaxing, but it is more aggravating because I tend to get into the shoes I watch even if I have seen them a million times.
