Computing Devices

I realize in the year of 2026, most people probably use their Smart Phones to work and surf (aka goof off), but I'm old school. I still prefer sitting down in my comfy gaming chair on my desktop PC with my multiple monitors (that I don't use most of the time...)

I find that it's much easier for me to creatively write using my full sized keyboard than it is to use my phone, even with Speech to Text technology. The words just don't flow on to the page when I'm not using my keyboard. Anwyay, what tech do you prefer to use?

I’m the same really. I know most people use their phones for everything now, but I still prefer sitting at my desktop PC in my comfy gaming chair. Even though I’ve got multiple monitors that I don’t always use, it just feels more natural. Writing is much easier for me with a full-size keyboard – the words seem to flow better than they do on a phone, even with speech-to-text. For anything creative or where I need to think properly, I’ll always choose the PC.

I am not sure what you mean by computer devices I have a desktop computer, a Fastnet connection, speakers. and microphone I am fully satisfied with these devices I can create posts, write articles, record my voice, create movies the works

I too am fine with my deskop using that big screen to work on I do not like that touch concept that I am told takes one here and there and messing up things I do not have a smart phone but two feature phones and my desktop does the rest
