Are you AI friendly?

I use AI just to gather information but never use it to create anything. I am afraid it will rob me of my memory if I use it all the time. AI has to be used with caution There is a writing Site that encourage users to use AI I have not joined that Site.

I don't really have anything against AI. I actually make use of AI for some of my work, i use it for research, and also for background and picture generation for my work.

Your concern is ridiculous; you’d have to be pretty dim to lose your memory or your cognitive abilities just by using AI. I use AI for everything, and contrary to what you say, my memory actually works better because there’s more free space to store things; I have less stress and less mental load.

I use AI regularly and it’s useful for some tasks. But I’m cautious with it, I don’t want to lose specific skills or change my way of thinking or doing things because of AI. It can be helpful, but it can be harmful at the same time.

I use it a lot for work, it really helps when you have a long-winded Corp email to send out in a hurry.

I also use it for logo work as I suck at designs.

Personally, I don't have any problem with anyone using AI for content creation. As long as they are not copying an obvious AI written stuffs and post it that way, we are good. I use Grok for my video creation and ChatGPT for research.

I don’t like to use AI too much, I’ve used it to generate some images but I refuse to use it for writing. I’ve thought about trying it out for some of my Sonic modding projects, I also won’t use it for thumbnails to the videos I make for Youtube and other video platforms.

But in your case, you can use AI to look up information or provide an example of how a text might look, and then write it your own way; you can do the same with thumbnails—it gives you the idea, and then you edit it to get it exactly how you want.

I tried that Grok in the early days and never found it any good.

Has it improved compared to other models?

I probably use AI a bit too much 😛

AI have come to stay, so I might as well get used to it than being against it. So far, it have been useful for me.

I would say that over time, Grok have improved more than what it used to be with the earlier models. It's why they are charging $30 standard subscription fee every month now.
