Sometimes I work during the weekends, but then I have days off during the week. I actually prefer it that way as there's no supervisor at work during the weekend.

On that, I can agree because it's so much easier to work without having anyone breathing down your neck all in the name of supervision.

True. I might have finished everything that is on my to-do list, but they will still watch me closely. I might want to be on my phone while I'm waiting for the new tasks to come in, but they don't allow that when the supervisor is there.

I completely understand that and it's no fun at all. It's not like the so called supervisors don't get on their phones for reasons that's not work related from time to time but when they see another on their phone, they get enraged.
