Do you have a gaming PC?

If you're into gaming and play on PC, what are your specs? What do you play mostly on it? If you don't have one, are you planning on getting one?

I recently got a new gaming PC, spent $3500 due to how expensive memory is now. But it will last me for at least 8 years, maybe more. I'm pretty happy with it and I play everything at 2K on max settings.

I have a gaming PC that I bought three years ago and I only paid about $800 then. Here’s my specs, I got lucky that I got a PC with 32 gigs of RAM for that price. I can’t imagine how expensive my computer would have been today. x_X

No, but I’ve wanted one because I am into digital art creation - like Poser, Blender etc.

Well, a gaming computer is about better graphics and memory - which is just what I need!

I have a Lenovo LOQ.

A fairly low-end gaming laptop - but nevertheless, still a gaming laptop 😛 .

Well, I have never owned a gaming PC. I used to own a regular PC and its specs never match the level of a gaming PC in the first place. It was actually a very old PC, but I was still able to run many of many favourite games on that PC. Unfortunately, it stopped working and I had to dispose it off. I certainly want to purchase a new PC. I would do that once I have enough funds.

Lenovo now takes a big market share with their Legion and LOQ series gaming laptops. They’re decent and fairly priced. That’s why a lot of people who don’t want to overspend on a gaming laptop go for Lenovo.

I think that it is a modern laptop. However, a gaming laptop has different and unique specs. Gaming laptops are generally very unique and Rey are quite expensive comparatively. I generally play old games and this is why those games could be played on older laptops as well as long as the laptop is in a good condition. So, the definition of a gaming laptop is different to me.

I don't have a gaming PC but I plan to build one as soon as I have the money. I know it's expensive but it's really worth it for hardcore gaming. The cost of components is very high but it's better than buying a console.

I agree it’s better than buying a console. But prices of PC components are going up every week. It’s going to continue like that for at least a few more years. I’ve spent around $1000 more because of memory and GPU prices. I suggest buying it ASAP because prices are only going up.

I had a top of the line PC in 2002 that could play almost any game of the time but they are way too expensive. I just use a laptop with integrated graphics now that will play anything up to 2014.

I spent almost $4k on my computer last year :)

I spent 4000 USD on mine too. But I got it DURING the crisis. Since the moment I got it, memory and GPU pricing has increased around 35-45%.

Unfortunately, I do not have a gaming PC at the moment, but I am hoping to get one in the future.

I wish you all the best. I do not have a gaming PC either. I reckon that the prices of gaking PCs have skyrocketed in the recent time due to high cost of production. This will certainly make it hard to purchase a high-quality computer in the near future. This is why it would be feasible to purchase a computer sooner before the prices reach the moon.
