I think it's very hard to avoid hearing bad news today especially with how social media platforms are being used. If you miss it on the mainstream media, you will see it on different sites like Facebook, X, Instagram and others.

How do you minimize bad news reaching you?

At this point I don’t even have to look for the news before I hear them. They are everywhere, online, in the neighborhood everywhere. I sometimes wonder if anything good even happen at all.
