Many people continuously use the internet without taking many breaks. They are quite addicted to the internet. This is where the term “internet addiction" became so much popular. You cannot avoid the internet while you are at work. However, many people also use the internet continuously when they are not working. So, what are some of he best ways to get rid of internet addiction? When should a person see a professional?

I am not addicted to the internet, for those that are they need to regulate their use and it attention to how it’s affecting them. If they doomscroll so much in the night they can leave their devices far away from reach before bed.

You can reduce internet addiction by setting screen-time limits, turning off unnecessary notifications, staying busy with offline activities, and gradually reducing time online. The key is building healthier habits rather than quitting the internet completely. If it's still not working, then one might consider seeing a professional.

Internet addiction is a real thing. If you are addicted to the internet, then you must consider evaluating your use and seek the right kind of treatment for that. If you feel anxious without the internet, then it is a great idea to start interacting with people physically. This will greatly reduce your dependence on the internet.

I do not think that it would be simply possible to cure Internet addiction with willpower alone. In order to cure such kind of addiction, you need willpower and the help of a psychiatric. You need to join groups and in may cases you may also need to join rehabilitation centers that deal with the problems of behavioral addictions. Behavioral addictions are as hard to break as substance-based addictions.

'Internet addiction'—hahahahahahaha. The solution is called going outside and touching grass; I'm addicted to success—I can't stop doing successful things. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
