Do you sleep with the light on or off?

As a child, I used to sleep with the light on—though probably only until I was about 6. After that, I couldn't do it anymore; I absolutely had to sleep with the light off. Ever since then, I’ve slept with the light off my whole life. In fact, unless I’m extremely, incredibly tired, I just can’t sleep with the light on. Is it the same for you? Or what’s it like for you? Do you sleep with the light on or off?

I needed a night light as a kid but I hate trying to sleep with any light on now.

Right from when I was a child I love to sleep with the light on. So I have carried it right into adulthood and I'm enjoying it. I think the warmth from the light do help me to sleep better. I want yo think so.

I sleep with light off in my room but they are always on in my daughter's room. She's afraid of the dark.

I prefer sleeping with the lights off, i find it a lot more comforting compared to when the lights are on. I usually find it hard to fall asleep with the lights on.
