Spark Promotion is looking to expand its staff team, and we're on the hunt for at least 1β2 new moderators to help keep our community active, welcoming, and running smoothly.
As our community continues to grow, having a few extra hands on deck would be a huge help!
What We're Looking For
We're looking for members who are:
Friendly, approachable, and willing to help others.
Active and engaged within the Spark Promotion community.
Fair, responsible, and able to handle moderation matters.
Willing to contribute ideas and work alongside the rest of the staff team.
What's Expected?
Being a moderator isn't just about having a staff badge. We expect our staff members to take an active role in the community and contribute to the team.
Taking part in staff discussions is an important expectation of this role. We want moderators who are willing to share their thoughts, participate in decisions, and help shape the future of Spark Promotion.
If you're going to be away for a period of time, we simply ask that you let us know.
Is This a Paid Position?
At this stage, the moderator role is voluntary. There is currently no financial compensation attached to the position. This may be something we revisit in the future, but we cannot make any promises.
